Moveous Update: Craig's List Ad

A Malawian friend, who was in charge of health projects for Peace Corps, taught me the wonderful word "moveous" to describe someone always moving around. Teachers and parents of young children obviously might enjoy adding this word to their active vocabularies. As I am moving for the FIFTH time since 1998, I'm labeling everything involved with the Florida move with this great word.

Here's our ad posted on Craig's List:

A gay couple moving to Fort Lauderdale in July due to a job-related relocation. We are a Caucasian (Yankee) and Asian (Japanese) couple, both highly educated, non-smokers, clean and responsible. We are looking for a place to rent when we move and are exploring what's available. We don't have pets, and we have excellent credit. Any landlord will love us as tenants.

What we are looking for is:

Our preferences are: Victoria Park > Rio Vista > Galt Ocean Drive Area > Coral Ridge > Wilton Manors in this order.
At least 2 BR and 2 BA, either a single family home or a condo
At least 1,200 sq ft (preferably 1,400~1,600 sq ft)
month-to-month, 3-months, or 6-months minimum lease preferred as we are considering to buy a property after we get familiar with the area.
Washer-Dryer in the Unit
Unfurnished
Good access to public transportation
Available from July 1st or around that date
